Complied with FAR 91.207 9d) 1-4, ELT battery next due at 01/2017.
I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with an annual inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition.

(4) C/W AD 76-07-12 (Bendix ignition switch) next due 3/2017 or 2071.98 Tach time

(6) Tightened 90 degree fitting on parking brake master cylinder.

(9) Checked and cleaned contacts of P-leads of left and right magnetos.

(10) C/W AD 69-22-02 flight control wheel inspection (Next due by tach time 2071.98 hours)

(2) Cylinder Compressions: #1 - 79, #2 - 76, #3 - 69, #4 - 76

Changed engine oil, customer supplied 7 quarts of Phillips 20W50 and oil filter P/N AA48110-1. Run-up performed, no leaks noted. Engine returned to service. I certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance with a 100 hour inspection and was determinedt o be in airworthy condition.

Annual Inspection, LED lighting installation

Performed an annual inspection IAW FAR 43 Appendix D.

Opened all inspection panels. Lubricated all cables, pullies, hinges, fittings, push-pull tubes, rod-ends, bearings, airframe and engine controls. Reinstalled all inspection panels. Tires, brakes, and lights check OK. Serviced aircraft battery. Performed FAR 91.207 ELT test and inspection check OK, due next 02/2016 or ELT battery expiration date 02/17.

Installed the following new parts:

  • TCM Ignition Switch P/N 10-357290-1
  • Attitude Gyro P/N 500B-38 S/N T103284C
  • Directional Gyro P/N 4000H@-2 S/ T79402Q
  • L/H Upper gear fairing attach bracket P/N 63342-000
  • Flap hinge bushings and H/W P/N (4 ea) 63900-20, (2 ea) 63900-39, and (8ea) 63900-019
  • Wing root seals P/N JM8301
  • Rear baggage bulkhead cover P/N 806
  • Both main gear oleo strut assy (LH P/N 78738-002 ; RH P/N 78738-003) with new seal kits, 5606 fluid, and air
  • L/H aileron assy Williams WO #16452
  • R/H aileron assy Williams WO #16541
  • Whelen tail beacon assy P/N BCN-11-04541
  • Whelen nav lt assys

All work carried out in accordance with airframe or compnent MFG MX or Installation manuals.

Aircraft ground functional check - checks OK.

  1. C/W SB 977 inspection aft wing spar attach fittings checks ok.
  2. C/W SB 1006 inspection wing spar cap corrosion checks ok
  3. C/W AD 69-22-02 control wheel inspection checks ok, due next tach 2048.1
  4. C/W AD 70-26-04 stab balance wt tube inspection checks OK, due next tach 2148.1
  5. AD 72-08-06 MLG torque links is due tach 2064.0
  6. AD 76-07-12 Bendix ignition is NLA due to replacement with new TCM switch this date.
  7. AD 2004-10-14 Crankshaft gear is due at prop strike
  8. AD 95-26-13 Oil cooler hose replacement is due at tach 2962.0 or 07/2021
  9. AD 05-12-06 Bendix impulse coupling is N/A by engine Model Number
  10. AD 2013-02-13 Stabilator control system inspection due at tach 3962.0 or 07/2020

A flight test is required per FAR 91.407(b) and must be recorded in the aircraft logbook by at least a private pilot, owner has been notified.

I certify this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with an annual inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition.

Engine Log Entry

Compression check as follows: #1 75/80, #2 72/80, #3 74/80, #4 75/80.
Serviced engine with 8qts of Phillips 20W50. Replaced CH48110 oil filter with new. All oil and fuel screens check OK.

Serviced and rotated all spark plugs. Replaced air filter. Magneto timing checked to manufacturer specs.

Washed engine and lubricated all controls. Dressed and painted propeller. Resealed engine control cables at firewall.

  1. AD 04-10-14 Crankshaft gear is due at prop strike as defiened in paragraph (I) and (J) of AD text.

Engine/Prop has been ground run in accordance with FAR 43.15C2 and all parameters check OK.

  3. Installed Knots2U Ltd. Stabilator Gap Seal Kit IAW STC# SA603GL
  4. Installed RMD Aircraft Lighting Inc. Wing Tips IAW STC# SA01786SE
  5. Installed stabilizer trim handle IAW STC# SA01941LA

All assembly and work performed IAW maintenance manual procedures and/or 43.13-1B standard practices. Weight & balance change as applicable. Instructions for airworthiness can be found in the installation manual for the installed equipment and/or will revert to the original aircraft maintenance manual procedures and inspections.
